I am trying to access the P4~16 specification and it returns a 404 error. The same seems to happen for all the links under specifications:
https://p4.org/specs/
Thanks for the report. This was noticed by several others, too, and the issue has been passed to the engineers responsible for maintaining the P4.org web site as of about an hour ago.
The ONF team has restored to working the links to the P4 specifications today. (Thank you, ONF staff!)
