I did the p4-tutorials and would like to try implementing a INT to monitor theses topologies behaviours. Is there any INT Tutorial for newbies implementing it? Should I use a library or a solution?

Few years ago ONF implemented a INT https://github.com/opennetworkinglab/onos/tree/master/pipelines/basic/src/main/resources , you can take a look to it and updated it to the latest version presented in the spec.
