New category or permission to create new categories

Can an admin. please either:

  • grant me permission to create new categories
  • create a new category called “Fun”
    ?

Not sure how permissions are distributed. But it might be just easier to create a category (if approved), but not sure. This is probably a question for @judysnow, @vgurevich, @andyfingerhut

I have found a page listing the current categories, but did not see any buttons or other obvious way to add a new category, or to edit the list. That might be because I do not have the necessary permissions.
